ate: 1 c cornflakes 3/4 c almond milk small chunk of bread 3/4 tbsp cheddar cheese 1/3 c white rice 1/4 c cooked veggies in sauce small brownie 1/3 c soy milk 2.5 medium apples 1 tbsp peanut butter 1/2 c noodles frozen yogurt cone two small easter candies exercise: 1 hour yoga 25 minute run (and all run too!!!!)
I JUST RAN IN PLACE IN MY ROOM FOR 25 MINUTES STRAIGHT!!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN ABLE TO DO IT FOR THAT LONG (running of any kind, outside or inside) AND I AM SO SO SO SO SOOOOO PROUD WOO HOO!!!!!!

ate: 2 fried eggs 2 pieces of whole-grain toast 1/2 a large banana few bites of blueberry bread stuff special k bar 1/2 c trail mix 1 c pasta with spaghetti sauce 2 c spinach salad 2 1/2 c salad with dried cranberries and raw almonds 1/2 c lowfat yogurt exercise: rest day, stretches for an hour

doing my maxes:
plank: 35 seconds cruches: 20 jack knives: 10 lunges: 50 (25 each side) bridge-ups: 40 will test the rest tomorrow, i’m getting tire and therefore contaminating how many of the things after a test i can do…. still, for only working out really the past week continually, i’m pretty proud!
