beginning to learn more about food rights

i am wanting to buy a food processor soon, but there are so many out there with so many reviews i dont know where to start! i am looking to spend no more than $120 if at all possible, and it would be awesome if it had a juicer component to it too. ANY RECOMMENDATIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!!

i’ve been feeling like i havent been getting enough calories lately and then today i counted for the first time in a while, but it was also a day i ate twice at my school cafeteria, and overate…. but whatever. i feel good.
i did an hour of yoga and 35 minutes on the bicycle machine woohoo!

This is for the anon who just asked. Also, this is a much easier way to get into lotus handstand. But, the jump into handstand itself with legs like this is REALLY good for strengthening the core and learning to handstand from your core! :)

ate:
two pieces of toast with 1/2 tbsp organic peanut butter
everything bagel with avocado, lettuce, hummus, tomato
one medium apple
eensy piece of german chocolate cake
some bread and olive oil/ vinegar
exercise:
45 minute intense hike
35 minutes general walking

ate:
3/4 c oatmeal, 1 c almond milk
1 banana
1/4 c dried cranberries and raw almonds
3+ c huge ass salad
small banana pudding
1/4 c quinoa
1 c steamed carrots and kale
special k bar
i honestly do not remember what i had at the greenery….
exercise:
40 minutes walking/ yoga
64 minutes of pilates
i just want to make you beautiful food
just did sun salutation to the setting sun
it felt amazing

3/4 c oatmeal
2 tbsp almond milk
1/3 c dried cranberries and almonds
1 c lentil vegetable soup
2 c salad
1 1/2 c soup n rice
i banana
exercise:
25 minutes random ab exercises (crunches, bridge ups, single leg bridges, plank, bicycle crunches) also lunges and a few squats mixed into this time
45 minute hike
tonight i’ll be sitting down and thinking how sad i am i didnt go on a run earlier and how excited i am to go on a hike in a little bit and how i should run after and how good i feel from yesterday’s run and how i must be doing so well cuz i’m not sore at all!
and then i stand up and my legs die.
