why am i always soooooo much hungrier on my rest days/ days i dont do very much exercise?? ahhhhh.
starting june 18th i’m gonna start nannying for this woman and making $12/hour…. 3 days a week. rollin’ in da doh
my motivation to stay fit:
so i can continue to fit through the dog door when i forget my key
just did one of the p90x videos and then talked to an old friend.

It’s a weird thing to contemplate: if I weren’t born, or if I was born several years ahead or prior to you, you would have found someone else to love the way you love me and vice versa. i have the worst sweet tooth ever
and so it makes eating healthy and avoiding sweets really hard. SO i have decided that every time i crave something sweet and unhealthy, i will do 20 push ups. right now i can only do about 17 so it’s also a fun little challenge fr myself. and i know moderation is key yada yada and i will pay attention to this. but it just seems like the more i have been working out, the more i crave these...
